At Gateway Day Hospital we are focused on the continuous improvement of patient care, and value your feedback. As a consumer of the services we provide at Gateway Day Hospital, we welcome both your feedback and your suggestions. Your honest feedback is very important to us and any suggestions for improvement you may have will be valued and welcomed.

If you did not complete our Patient Satisfaction Survey in the recovery area, then we ask that you complete it online after you get home.
